Playing Color Cascade
You may download and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of your app store. Do not redistribute the game or its artwork, sell access to it, interfere with its services, or use it unlawfully. Nothing here limits rights granted to you by applicable law.
Progress and availability
Your game progress is stored locally. We do not provide an account or cloud backup. Clearing storage, changing devices, or uninstalling may erase progress. Puzzles, features, and availability can change with updates. Test builds may contain errors or incomplete features.
Ads and optional purchases
The game can show ads. An optional, one-time Remove Ads purchase may be offered when available through the store. Its price and purchase terms are displayed by the store before payment. It is not a subscription. Purchase availability can vary by region and device.
Purchases are processed by Google Play, with RevenueCat used for verification and restoration. Restore purchases is available in the app’s Settings when the purchase service is configured. Restoring depends on the applicable store account and a network connection. Refund requests are subject to the store’s rules and any rights provided by law.
Ownership
Color Cascade’s name, game design, original artwork, and code belong to Verxion or their respective rights holders. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. Your license to play does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Our privacy policy explains local saves and third-party services. You can contact us at colorcascade@verxion.dev for technical issues, purchase problems, or questions.
Service limitations
We aim to keep the game reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or availability on every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and website are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the game changes. The date above shows when they were last updated. For questions about a change, please contact us.
